Disclaimer
Qufy is a toolkit. It does not replace a lawyer, an accountant, or a certified e-invoicing system.
In short
- Templates and assistant drafts are starting points to edit, not legal or tax advice.
- Market bands are a check, not a price anyone must pay. Qufy PDFs are not certified e-invoices.
- What you send to a client, and any dispute about it, is between you and the client.

Templates, not advice
Invoices, contracts, clause packs, and AI drafts are templates for you to edit. They are not legal advice, not a law-firm product, and not a promise that a document will be enforceable in your country or your client’s country. Have a qualified professional review anything material before you sign or send it.
Rates are not a market guarantee
The calculator combines your cost floor with a market band built from named public sources (listed on the sources page) or, where data is weak, a labelled Qufy estimate. A band is a check, not a quote someone else must pay, and not a salary survey of every freelancer in Cairo or Riyadh.
Tax and e-invoicing
VAT/GST presets (for example Egypt 14%, KSA 15%, UAE 5%) are convenience defaults. Your registration, exemptions, and filing remain your responsibility. Qufy PDFs are not ZATCA Fatoora invoices, not ETA e-invoices, and not a certified tax system. The ZATCA page is an educational checklist only.
The assistant can be wrong
Hours, prices, and clauses suggested by the assistant can miss scope, invent a number, or use the wrong tax treatment. You must read what you send. Do not treat a model output as a signed opinion from Qufy.
You send it, you own it
If a client disputes a fee, a deadline, a signature collected through a Qufy link, or a payment they reported with “I’ve paid”, that dispute is between you and the client. We are not a party to your engagement.
