Steps
- 1
In Notion, open the database as a full page.
- 2
Open the “•••” menu at the top right and choose “Export”.
- 3
Choose “Markdown & CSV” and press “Export”. Notion downloads a ZIP file.
- 4
Open the ZIP file. When there are two CSV files, use the one whose name ends in “_all”: it has every row, not only the rows in your view.
- 5
In Qufy, open Settings, then “Import”. Choose what the file holds and pick the tool under “Exported from”.
- 6
Press “Choose a CSV file” and pick the file, then check the columns and press “Preview”.
Good to know
- Relations to other Notion pages export as page names, so a client column still matches by name.
