If you price your time, send quotes, sign agreements, and invoice clients, Qufy fits your work. The professions below each get their own pack: example client messages for Home, quote lines, a three-package example, typical deliverables, default revision rounds and deposit, contract clauses, and wording for a monthly retainer.
Design and code: UI/UX & web designer, graphic designer, developer, IT and data consultant, architect and interior designer.
Content and media: writer, translator (priced per word), photographer, videographer, marketing and social media manager (usually a monthly retainer).
Advice and people: consultant, HR and recruitment consultant, trainer and coach (priced per session), accountant and bookkeeper (usually a monthly retainer).
Each profession has a market band for Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and international clients, built the same way for all of them. The sources page lists the U.S. occupation and its code behind each band.

Choose your profession in the setup questions after sign-up, or later in Settings, Business. If yours is not listed, choose “Something else”.

Open the rate calculator: the market band follows your profession and your client's market.

Start a quote or a contract from “Start from a template”: your own profession's pack comes first.
Good to know
- Trainers also see a price per session, translators a price per word, and marketing managers and accountants a monthly retainer, all worked out from the hourly rate.
- Before you share details with a new client, you can send an NDA from Qufy too.
