Steps

On Home, “Try an example” under the paste box shows three client messages from your field. Press one to see how Qufy turns it into a quote.

In a quote or invoice, open “Start from a template”. Your field is first (marked “yours”): it fills the usual lines for that work, with the quantities and no prices, and the payment terms.

In a contract, “Start from a template” lists your field's clause pack first. “Monthly retainer” is there too.

Good to know

Packs never set your prices. Prices come from you or the rate calculator, which compares them with the market band for your field and country.
To change your field, open Settings, then Business, then “Your profession”.
“For your work”, in the column beside Home, lists three help articles or blog posts picked from your field and what you did last. Without a field, Home shows three general example messages.
