Join with your invite

Create your Qufy account from your personal invite link. The email is fixed, and your account is confirmed at once.

Before you start

  • You need the invite email from Qufy. The invite works only for the email address it was sent to.

Steps

    Open the email “Your Qufy invite is here” and press “Create your account”.

  2. 2

    On the sign-up page, type your name in “Name”.

  3. 3

    Check “Username”. Qufy fills it from your name; change it if you like. It takes 3–30 letters, numbers, and hyphens, and must be unique.

    Leave “Email” as it is. It is filled in from the invite and cannot be changed.

  5. 5

    Choose a password in “Password”: 8 to 72 characters.

  6. 6

    Press “Create account”. The four setup questions open next; answer them or skip them.

Good to know

  • The invite link works once, only for the invited email, and only until the date shown in the email under “Invite ends”. Please don’t forward it.
  • Signing up through your invite confirms your email at once, so “Email link” works straight away when you send a document.
  • Next time, use “Sign in” with your email or username and your password. The invite link is not needed again.
  • Forgot the password? Use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page.

If something goes wrong

“This invite link does not work.”
Open the link straight from the invite email, without changing it. If it still fails, reply to the invite email.
“This invite link was already used. Sign in if you have an account.”
Your account already exists. Sign in with your email or username and password.
“This invite link was turned off. Reply to the invite email for a new one.”
Reply to the invite email and ask for a new link.
“This invite link has expired. Reply to the invite email for a new one.”
Reply to the invite email and ask for a new link.
“Too many tries. Try again in 15 minutes.”
Wait 15 minutes, then open the invite link once more.
“This invite works only for {email}.”
Create the account with the email shown in the message, the one the invite was sent to.
“This invite link no longer works. Reply to the invite email for a new one.”
Reply to the invite email and ask for a new link.
“Creating an account needs an invite. Open the link from your invite email.”
Go back to the invite email and open the link from there, in the same browser.
“That email already has an account.”
Sign in instead. If you don’t know the password, use “Forgot password?”.
