Qufy helps freelancers price their work, send clear documents, and keep track of what is owed. It follows one flow: set your rate, send a quote, sign a contract, track the work and the hours, send the invoice, and mark it paid.
You use it on the web, in the Mac app (a timer in the menu bar for Macs with Apple silicon), and through client links. A client opens a link to accept or decline a quote, sign a contract, or tell you an invoice is paid. The client does not need an account.
Amounts can be in four currencies: EGP, SAR, AED, and USD. The site is in English and Arabic, and a quote, invoice, or contract can be in English, in Arabic, or in both languages on one document.
Qufy is in a closed beta. Accounts are by personal invite, and there is no charge during the beta. Qufy does not process payments: an invoice shows the payment details you choose, and the client pays you directly.
Steps
- 1
Open your invite email and create your account.
- 2
Set up your office in the seven short steps that open after sign-up (about a minute). Each one has “Later”.
- 3
On Home, follow the “Get started” card from the top.
- 4
Work out your hourly rate on the rate calculator and save it as your default.
- 5
Add your first client, then send them a quote as a link.
- 6
Check “Needs you” on Home each day for what to do next.
Good to know
- During the beta, the rate, invoice, and contract tools open only for people with an invite. Saving documents, client links, the timer, and the Mac app need an account.
- Qufy gives guidance. You still set the fee, and you are responsible for the numbers, tax figures, and clauses you send.
- Track time with the timer in the website’s top bar or with the Mac app. Both save to the same projects.
- Already keep clients, projects, invoices, or hours in a spreadsheet or another tool? Import them from a CSV file in Settings, under Import.
